We Ship Our Orders From South Florida, United States.

Processing and Shipping Orders:

Orders take 1-2 business days to process during regular calendar dates. During holiday seasons orders can take from 2-5 business days.

Remember carriers always give an estimate it is not certain it will arrive on a specific date. If you need something expedited or want to confirm it will arrive at an specific time please email us at .

Our labels are printed directly from the Shopify system that contains the information you provided for the order. If courier can't deliver the package due to a wrong input address by the customer, Pixie Dust Sprinkles is not responsible and will not offer any exchanges, refunds, or replacements on these shipments.

We also don't gain any profit from shipping costs. Is an automated system.

International Shipping:

  • We can't guarantee on delivery time and date for international orders. This is because of customs and transit delays. 
  • If there are any customs charges, they are not included in shipping fees.
  • Buyer is responsible for any charges upon delivery.


What Happens If You Don't Receive Your Package On Time:

We are not responsible for mail delays due to the carrier. Unfortunately, the same tracking number you have is the same tracking information we have on our end. We can always try and file a claim but is no guarantee. If you'd like more information on the route and location of your package please contact the carrier you selected at checkout. Mail can get re-routed to different areas or delayed due to volume or even because of the weather. If it's not our fault we do not offer refunds or store credit.

What To Do If Your Package Is Lost:

Please contact the mail carrier you selected at checkout and try to find it's location. If a month (30 days) passes and you still haven't received the package, no one signed for it or received it, it wasn't delivered, no updated status; please contact us to start a claim and we will issue store credit for the amount of purchase, without the shipping costs. Shipping costs can't be credited. Please make sure you input the correct address, we are not responsible for such mistakes by the customer.
