In the event that your order was damaged due to your carrier services we won't be able to refund your order but we can start a claim with the carrier. We strongly follow our beliefs, values and attitude and focus on top quality food-related products/items.

We are not only proud of our products, but our customer service as well. We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days, most of the time is 1 business day. Some of our Sprinkles contains hard dragees, sugar pearls, candy/pearl beads, shaped sprinkles, etc. that may be too hard for children. Please make sure to be very cautious when giving these items to children. This means that any round, firm, shaped edible item is going to pose a choking hazard to small children. Please keep your sprinkle bottles stored at an altitude hard to reach, in a safe area and away from babies and small children.
